The Accommodation

On the ground floor:
TWO BEDROOMS, each with double bed, and BATHROOM with shower attachment and W.C.

On the middle floor:
SITTING ROOM with two sofas (2-seater & 3-seater), enjoying the southerly views, KITCHEN with cooker & microwave and BALCONY with bench seat.

On the top floor:
Second RECEPTION ROOM with fine views from its dormer window and having a Slumberland sofa-bed which converts easily. Although this enables up to six people to be accommodated at the property, it must be emphasised that there is only one bathroom/W.C.

This is a well decorated house which has been re-carpeted throughout during 1999, almost all the furniture having been purchased new at the same time. It has been generously equipped with all necessary items for a comfortable holiday, but there is no washing machine and clothes must not be dried outside. There is, however, a small clothes rack for standing in the bath, as well as an iron and ironing board. Cooking is by electricity and the heating radiators & hot water are fuelled by gas. Colour TV/video/tape/CD/radio. Telephone/message machine (incoming calls only).

Outside are two designated parking spaces within the courtyard.
