Lovely cottage in a fabulous location just 5mins walk to the sea and the shops/restaurants of Southwold. It is a little dated inside but good value as it's cheaper than many other properties nearby and more spacious than it looks on the photos.. we value price, comfort and location more than a stylish interior so this one worked perfectly for us :)

We loved our stay at the cottage, which is clean, has plenty of room, and is in a fantastic location. We come to Southwold at least once a year, and would definitely stay at this cottage again.

We have been coming every year since 2005. So you can imagine we have seen lots of different properties. (30 plus). Horseshoe Cottage was a perfect location for us. Steps away from Tescos, and the Coop, and the pubs, and The Swan. Also a minutes away from the beach.

Great location. Reasonable value for Southwold but needs some attention. We grew quite fond of our stay in a 'time warp'. Suited our purposes but we were not expecting luxury.
