Never been to Minsmere before? Then this is the walk for you! With over 5700 recorded species and a wealth of history and archaeological highlights at Minsmere, there is so much to discover. Our friendly and knowledgeable RSPB guides will take you through the sights and sounds to be enjoyed at this time of year. Walks generally last 2-3 hours and are tailored according to the season and visitor knowledge. BOOKING ESSENTIAL - All bookings must be made online via Eventbrite. Halesworth Arts Festival October 13-28 : SHAKESPEARE'S GLOBE

Halesworth Arts Festival is a non profit making charity and is run by volunteers, both on the organising committee and at the venues. Now a major force in the arts in North Suffolk, it attracts capacity crowds every October, who come for the chance to see top quality artists in small, intimate surroundings.
This afternoon Mark Michels presents an illustrated talk ,Shakespeare's Globe: A Groundling's View', describing the experience of play-going for ordinary Londoners, exploring why thousands of people enjoyed the plays as presented on stage.
