Owl Pellet Dissection at RSPB Minsmere

What have our local owls been eating? Join us to dissect barn owl pellets collected by the Suffolk Community Barn Owl project and discover what small creatures they have been hunting and feeding upon. You’ll be amazed at what you find.

Forensics and Crime Solving Workshop

Venue: Southwold Library, North Green, Southwold IP18 6AT link
Taking place today at 10:30am and at 1:30pm. An event funded by Councillor Michael Ladd and Friends of Southwold Library.

Take fingerprints, exam a crime scene, dressed up as Forensic Scientists in CSI suits and masks. Work out who the criminal is and how the crime was committed. Event lasts approx two hours.

£3 per child. Space is limited so first come first served.

By Mark Sterling. Rudolph Elphberg, is about to be crowned King of Ruritania. On the eve of his coronation, Rudolph disappears leaving the throne clear for his scheming half-brother, Michael. The King’s supporters are in despair until they stumble across Englishman Rudolph Rassendyll, who looks uncannily like him… Soon, Rassendyll is involved in high adventure. His quest: to save the kingdom, outwit Michael and rescue the Prisoner of Zenda! A swashbuckling tale of duty, deceit and derring-do based on the famous novel by Anthony Hope.
