Never been to Minsmere before? Then this is the walk for you! With over 5700 recorded species and a wealth of history and archaeological highlights at Minsmere, there is so much to discover. Our friendly and knowledgeable RSPB guides will take you through the sights and sounds to be enjoyed at this time of year.
Walks generally last 3 - 4 hours and are tailored according to the season and visitor knowledge. Places are limited. so booking is essential. Children must be accompanied at all times.

Winterlight! Festival - procession and celebration

Venue: Halesworth Library, Bridge Street, Halesworth IP19 8AB link
Following on from the lantern-making earlier in the week on Wednesday 14th, this afternoon at 4:30pm Oxblood Molly Dancers will lead dancing outside Halesworth Library in Bridge Street and then at 5pm begin the procession to Halesworth Millenniun Green. Procession is on hard surface but wear suitable warm clothing and sturdy shoes. Bring a lantern, or a light, and a hot drink. The Festival will finish approx 6pm.
