Cinema @ The Cut - IT (15)

Venue: The Cut Arts Centre, Halesworth IP19 8BY link
Director Andres Muschietti, 2017, USA, 135 mins, with Finn Wolfhard, Bill Skarsgard, Sophia Lillis, Jaeden Lieberher.
It has all the typical ingredients of the classic Stephen King horror movie. At its heart is the threat to small town America where kids cruise the summer streets on mountain bikes, a creepy clown lurks in the storm drain and a mysterious red balloon warns that 'something wicked this way comes.' It's about nostalgia and the anxieties and tribulations of childhood. But if clowns give you nightmares then perhaps this is not the film for you.
Ticket Details: Standard £5, Cinema members £4.
