Cinema @ The Cut - ALL IS TRUE (12A)

Venue: The Cut Arts Centre, Halesworth IP19 8BY link
Director Kenneth Branagh, 2018, UK, 101 mins, with Kenneth Branagh, Judi Dench, Ian McKellen, Kathryn Wilder.
Famously very little is known about Shakespeare's private life but in this film such difficulties do not prevent Ben Elton from creating an affectionate and entertaining script. There are echoes of his wonderful TV comedy Upstart Crow but with much less laughter and more pathos. These are the final years of the Bard's life as, The Globe having burnt down, he returns to his family and the joys of country life. A stella cast of RSC actors.
Ticket Details: Standard Ticket £6.00, Cinema Members £4.00
