Waveney Bird Club’s ringing demonstrations are not to be missed. They offer unique and rare opportunities to experience close encounters with the Minsmere birds – you never know what you might see! Join us to discover more about the lives of the Minsmere birds, what migration adventures they have and the important work the club do every year. These are drop-in events, with no need to book. Ringing is weather dependent so the event may be cancelled or shortened if wet or windy.

General Interest Tour of Holy Trinity Church, Blythburgh

Holy Trinity, Blythburgh is offering a new service. But this one doesn’t involve hymns, prayers or a sermon! Thanks to local resident Colin Huggins, we’re able to provide a free, general interest tour of the church every Thursday at 11am. There’s no need to book, you simply turn up in the church porch. Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

Suffolk Libraries Presents: English National Opera : The Mikado

Nanki-Poo loves Yum-Yum. Just one snag. She’s betrothed to KoKo, the new Lord High Executioner. And Ko-Ko needs to find someone to execute – chop chop! Otherwise, it’s his own neck on the block. Maybe Ko-Ko and Nanki-Poo can come to some arrangement… without anyone losing their head?
