Meet at 10:45am for 11am start. A walk around RSPB Minsmere, home to some of Suffolk’s greatest wildlife. Depending on the weather and walkers’ abilities and preferences, we will take a coastal, woodland, or reedbed route. During the Health Walk you'll get free access to the reserve, but normal entry fees apply at other times. No dogs, except assistance dogs on a short lead. Led by RSPB volunteers trained as Health Walk Leaders, these walks are run as part of the One Life Suffolk health walks programme. Anyone is welcome to come and have a go at sailing – we can even lend you a boat for the day (please book in advance) and show you what to do.
Today, all entries taken at the pond. An informal Regatta to round off the season.
