The Magic of Minsmere - Weekend Walk

Never been to Minsmere before? Then this is the walk for you! With over 5600 recorded species and a wealth of history and archaeological highlights at Minsmere, there is so much to discover. Our friendly and knowledgeable RSPB guides will take you through the sights and sounds to be enjoyed at this time of year. Walks generally last 3-4 hours and are tailored according to the season and visitor knowledge. Children must be accompanied at all times. Places are limited so booking is essential.

Launching his album ‘The Best of Baluji Shrivastav’, the recently OBE awarded sitar master performs a special evening of mesmerising Indian classical music, accompanied by Sanju Sahai on tablas. Take part in an extraordinary musical experience and let sound be a creative energy, taking you on a journey to the land of Bhārat Gaṇarājya, inhabited by no less than 330 million gods!

One of the greatest instrumentalists to come from India, Baluji Shrivastav is a blind musician who excels in playing the sitar, dilruba and tabla among other traditional Indian instruments.
