What’s On - September is almost bookended by Book Sales, at Southwold on the first and last weekends (1st, 28th, 29th) plus the great annual event at St.James (28th, 29th). Heritage Weekend in Halesworth (21st, 22nd) includes The Cut arts centre, originally a maltings, opening its doors, with tours on the Sunday (book your place!). Outdoor events include free local led walks every week (2nd, 4th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 24th, 30th) and a Scarecrow Trail in Reydon (14th, 15th).
Many other events are already listed with more being added every week, so keep checking our Blythweb Calendar to know what great local activities and entertainments are taking place.
Read a report on the current (May 2019 - March 2021) work by Suffolk Wildlife Trust to preserve and protect the ecological diversity of the river Blyth and how you can volunteer to take part in hands-on work for this project.
This, plus other Blythweb Reports can be found on our Featured Reports page.
